so much to say…

i did get a computer!! my brother fixed my old computer but then i dropped it and cracked the screen… i ended up just throwing it out! that computer has had so many problems! i got my tax $$ back and bought a computer with it. i got a dell… i know.. i know… its not a MAC!! but it works and i love it. with the rest of my tax $$ i bought a wedding dress. i got it from formally yours. i love it! that was probably the worst time of my life though. trying to find a wedding dress is HARD and especially when you are paying for it yourself.

I MOVED! finally! i am so glad to be out of my old apartment.. i didnt like it there and it was so far away from everything ken and i do and everyone we know! it used to take me a good 40 min to get to church and now it takes 12min. This apartment is the one that ken and i will live in once we get married. its SOOO nice! much bigger than my last apartment.

I have had 2 wedding showers! those are fun! gifts are always fun! it is kind of weird though.. you know what you are getting because you registered for it.

we found a place to get married. its awesome! i will be sure to take pics and post them for all of my 2 readers! haha!

we get married in 25 days. OMGOSH! THATS SOON!

we are going to savannah for the honeymoon.

i bought kens ring!! (its gonna look great on him!)

invites were designed and printed. my wonderful friend Cyndi designed them! they are beautiful. i took them to fedex kinkos to get them printed and they were going to charge $215!!! Ken and i went to lunch the next day and found a place that would print them for around $50! umm great deal! after i took them and had them printed.. went to pay and the total was $33! shew! ill take it! the only bad this is that i found out a week later that the address to the wedding is wrong. CRAP! but i didnt cry.. didnt get angry.. i got silent for about 5 min and felt God talking to me.. after hearing what he said to me.. i was perfectly fine! i dont even care anymore about that! its awesome! God is amazing! and i love having Him there!

so often we worry about the smallest things when really when you look at the big picture.. what does it matter?

wOw! its been longer than a month since i last posted anything! well you see…. my computer crashed before the holidays… iPhone broke too…. $$$$ now i have a new phone and computer still doesnt work. i hope to get one soon though! $ave $ave $ave!! Christmas was great! first Christmas with Ken i didnt want anything this year but i DID get rock band!! ken and i were going to register for rock band for our wedding! hahah! my mom decided to get that for us now instead of when we get married. she also got us all 4 seasons of LOST!!! oh wow! thats my favorite show! i cannot wait till season 5 starts! ken and i set a date.. may 2nd! how exciting! im not too excited about the planning though.. and the dress shopping…. all of that is stressful! i just want to show up! i cant wait to marry him!!!! im working full time now (good and bad..) 7am-5:30 SUCKS! i was working from 7-2 when i started. i cant go with ken to the garden or under the bridges to feed the homeless anymore… and that my friends.. makes me super sad!

YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!

shew! i had to let that one out! oh my!! can you believe it!? ken asked me to marry him on thanksgiving morning. here is how it all went down..

ken and i had plans to go to his dads house at 12 for thanksgiving lunch. his dad lives about an hour and 15 min away from where we live and ken was going to pick me up at 10… now me being a girl- you tell me to be ready at 10… and ill be ready at ten… anything earlier will be pushing it. SO ken texts me that he is gonna come at 9:30 (i start to freak out because i was not ready) but i agree… and hurry up the getting ready process. he wanted to read me some things in the bible.. this is nothing new for him.. he always shows me things and teaches me. and i LOVE it! when he got there… i was actually ready. we sat down on my couch and he started to read to me. he read two passages about giving thanks to the Lord and then read proverbs 31. this is what it says. he said that i already have some of these characteristics and that he knew i would have the rest later

he then told me that he wanted to share this with me but didnt know when the right time was…

then got on his name and said that time is now.. WILL YOU MARRY ME!?!?! ahhh yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant wait to be his wife!

FYI - probably my favorite place to eat. (fast food) it is SO good! and the lemonade!? man oh man! (as i take a sip of some!)

there is something about that white bag with red letters…. when i see someone else with it.. i say to myself.. "UH! LUCKY!!!" I NEVER GET SICK OF SOME CHRISTIAN CHICKEN! but its funny how i am always wanting breakfast from there on Sundays.

#5 8 pack please! OOO and the chickfila sauce?! those guys know what they are doin! mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm

and the nugglets!! not the nuggets.. those are good too.. but the tiny pieces left over after you eat your nuggets… THOSE my friends, are NUGGLETS.. and if you throw those away… you are missing out like WOAH!

i am PUMPED about Christmas this year! this is my first Christmas as a Christian and i am SOO EXCITED! my attitude about Christmas has totally changed! i used to hate this time of year and dread the "horrible" songs that are played over and over and over!!! but now i LOVE this time of year.. i cant wait to hear all of the songs.. and cant wait to finally ENJOY Christmas and actually know what its about!! up until i met ken, i didnt know what Christmas meant.. i mean, i knew Jesus was born… but i didnt understand the big deal.. i didnt know one thing about it! I used to get angry when my dad would sit us down and read out of the Bible before we opened presents on Christmas morning.. thinking about how i used to be makes me so sad but then SOOO HAPPY because He saved me! changed who i am.. gave me life…its not even Thanksgiving yet and i am already in the CHRISTMAS SPIRIT! i have been listening to shane and shane’s Christmas album.. (and its awesome!!) and i have been thinking about all the fun things i cant wait to do (put up a tree and decorate it…. bake… sing songs.. read about the AMAZING reason we celebrate each year)

i havent blogged in a while.. i really dont have anything to say. well here are a bunch of random things i can say.. i cant talk about who i voted for and why.. cause i cant vote. (and why people are still talking about that.. who knows)  OH and i got offered full time at work.. so thats good news.. i guess. i really dont want to stay being a cpr card making/pest control testing/ga work ready testing girl. i renewed my massage therapy license.. so i guess i could do that for a living. thanksgiving is coming up.. a little worried about how its all gonna unfold. its hard to make everyone happy. kens parents are divorced.. and so are mine.. so thats 4 familys that would like to see us all on that one day. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. Christmas will be interesting too. ken has to work on Christmas day.

by the way.. i love this time of year.. leaves are changing.. and falling.. the breeze is cool.. sun is warm .. ahhhhhhhhh! wonderfulNESS! MAYBE i will take some pics soon and put them up. thats always fun.

ken took me to see WICKED on friday!! it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!! i have wanted to see that musical for the past 5 years!! i cant wait to see it again! carmen cusack and katie rose clark were the main two. they were awesome!! carmen has a great voice and katie was so funny! my favorite part was POPULAR!! yall should youtube "popular" from wicked. you will laugh your pants off! ken and i were looking at going again while it is still in town. too bad the tickets are all sold out. it was one of the best nights ever! ken spoils me! he is the BEST!!!!! he took me to see the lion king a few months ago! and now wicked?! man!! he wins the best boyfriend ever award! our friends valerie and jake are going to see it soon… IM SO EXCITED for them! i wish i could go too!!

OHHHHHH- to get pumped about wicked… i painted my fingernails green!! i have now been greenified! if you havent seen wicked… welll……. you NEED to! its AMAZING! (ken loved it!!) and that my friends… made me love it (and him) even more!

it seems like its been years since i have posted a blog… and yup! its been almost a month! i suck at this blogging thing. i guess i just want to post pics this time. enjoy!! most of them are in atl while feeding and praying for the homeless! then the last one is my amazing little brother!
